LIFTASIA Elevator & Escalator Techno Services Corporation (LIFTASIA) is the brainchild of two achievers whose mission is to establish an elevator company that will become  a recognized industry leader  in providing top quality elevators and escalators at reasonable cost.

 

It all started in the 1990’s when Engr. GBSantana cross path with Engr. RBRivero while working in the Sales and Engineering of  industry giant Mitsubishi Electric. Through the years, while assigned in the Middle East and Japan under the same group, the two solidified their expertise and friendship  complementing each  others forte. Ronnie, who already has an extensive  experience in the field of Engineering, Installation,  Modernization and   Maintenance further developed his  competency by working with other lift companies and later became a freelance lift consultant.

 

In 2006, Ronnie  setup Active  Reliant Elevator & Escalator Company  (AREEC) to promote the sales, installation, repair and modernization of various lifts manufactured in Japan, Taiwan and China. AREEC is also the preferred lift provider of DMCI Homes for its residential and commercial building projects.

 

Meanwhile, for more than 22 years with the Mitsubishi Group, LIFTASIA President, GBSantana, is responsible for big accounts like Ayala Land, Inc., Robinsons Land Corporation, Shoemart Development Corporation and Filinvest Land, Inc. among others. He has immensely contributed in value-engineering the lift system in many prestigious buildings in the Philippine skyline resulting to vertical transportation efficiency and millions of cost savings to property developers. While working in Mitsubishi Inazawa Works, Japan, he was responsible for coordinating the monumental projects of Mitsubishi worldwide further enhancing his technical skills   and  understanding  of advanced  technologies.

 

Galie is well-known in the Philippine elevator industry and is usually sought by consultants and big architectural firms for his insights and expertise in the design of vertical transportation requirement of their projects.  

 

With many years of solid experience and track record, Galie and Ronnie along with trusted business associates and technical partners from different  local elevator companies, were finally reunited and formally established LIFTASIA Elevator & Escalator Techno Services Corporation (LIFTASIA) in 2012.

 

Armed with a dynamic sales network encompassing the whole country, technical gurus and seasoned installers and technicians, LIFTASIA founders understand the requirement of architects, consultants, and property developers which enable it to compete with the products and services offered by the indigenous and multinational companies.
