Quarterly visits where scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on each visit to ensure safe and efficient operation. This type of contract is applicable only for home elevators or light use installation wherein the elevator utilization is not heavy.  Similar to Regular Type A maintenance, any unscheduled visits to the unit would be charged for over and above the monthly service fee. All labor and parts requiring replacement would be charged separately.
